Identità Golose Milano 2016 - The International Chef Congress finished with great success for Gaya Gelatolab. The Direct Drive technology Batch Freezer Principessa confirmed once again the need for innovative tools and equipment in order to support the constantly evolving food models. Three intense and exciting days that have shown and conveyed the strenght of the freedom throughout many nuances. Hats off to all the protagonists for sharing with us their creativity and their desire to perfect the quintessence of culinary art.
