Gaya Gelato together with Gaya Machinery Technology Innovation, invites you to the launch of Principessa, Friday 23rd and Sunday 27th October. The event is hosted by Identità Future, a project organized by HOST - 39th International Hospitality Exhibition.
Identità Future is a project that focuses on the evolution of food preparation and pastry cooking techniques. The aim is to anticipate the future evolution of both cuisine and food technologies that allow new and creative experimentation.
The batch freezer Principessa, with its organic shapes, was created with the intention to increase efficiency and innovate the production processes at the basis of the artisan gelato business models.
