Gaya Inside shares the Gaya Gelato Lab know-how with businesses that want to implement and reinforce their establishment.

Gaya Inside works together with gelato makers and entrepreneurs through a 360° evaluation of the current business by analysing the everyday activity, administration and relationship with suppliers, in order to calibrate the growth together.
