We prepare baked goods such as cakes and cookies – different products according to each Gaya shop – respecting the local raw materials and the local cuisine. Our pastries are without dyes, additives or hydrogenated fats; the cookies are simple, delicate and traditional, and our crumbly and fragrant shortcrust pastry is organic.

Our pastry reflects the artisan knowledge of Made in Italy pastry, but in harmony with local flavours and ingredients. We also aim to reducing food waste, and for example we use extra egg whites to make meringues and cookies.
