Where We Are

Gaya Gelato is a project constantly evolving, rapidly growing and spreading globally.

Gaya Gelato was born in Bali, a country rich in delicious fruit and high quality ingredients. Thanks to that, the idea of an Italian artisan gelato which highlights the best local raw materials came true. Since then many gelato shops have been opening across the island, creating a strong and recognizable brand. 

Gaya Gelato is also in Portugal, a country rich in history and tradition, that offers very different flavors compared to Bali, still connected with the European culinary culture but influenced by countries far away. 

Our roots are in Italy and it is still where we develop new ideas and recipes.
